Greek team Olympiakos are not only interested in Nate Robinson but now want Knicks star David Lee as well.
Heat want Lamar Odom and Carlos Boozer, according to Y! Sports
Speaking of L.O, let's clear up his little situation:
The LA Times says: Lakers owner Jerry Buss had offered Odom two deals. One was worth $36 million for four years and the other was for $10 million a season for three years. Their report then goes on to say, Lakers public relations director John Black said the team had taken the offer off the table in the past two days. “There are specifics behind why we pulled it, but that’s not something we’re going to get into,” Black said. “We haven’t heard from him in the past few days and talks have not been consistent.”
ESPN reports: Odom and the Lakers had reached an accord entering the weekend on a per-season wage of $9 million for the 29-year-old. But Odom balked at L.A.’s unwillingness to extend an offer spanning more than three years in length and spent the past few days weighing his options. However, it has another source stating, Odom was never given a deadline to accept or pass on the Lakers’ three-year, $27 million pitch. ESPN’s story also quotes John Black from the L.A. Times, “…talks have broken down for the time being” but conceded that a resumption in negotiations is “within the realm of possibility…” There is also Mitch Kupchack’s take from the Los Angeles Daily News a day earlier. “It’s just a feeling you get. You have conversations with the player’s representative and, right now, I’m not sure we’re on the same page. I understand it’s a process. I am surprised it’s taken us so long to get to this point.
